Most lawn and barrier applications are rain-fast once dry, usually within an hour or two. Heavy rain that arrives before the product dries can reduce coverage, so we watch the forecast and reschedule when needed. If you think a visit was washed out, call us and we will take a look.

Yes. The same local crew handles both, and visits can be coordinated on one calendar. Our Full Property Defense program pairs tick and mosquito barrier treatments, and a lawn program can run alongside it.
Mow a day or two ahead, pick up toys, pet bowls, and cushions, and leave gates unlocked so the technician can reach wooded edges, stone walls, and fence lines. You do not need to be home. We leave a service note with re-entry guidance after every visit.
